For more than thirty years, I've worked with individuals, couples, and families across every walk of life — executives, teachers, lawyers, artists, entrepreneurs, and their partners and children.

My approach blends insight-oriented psychotherapy with hypnosis, meditation, and the science of the relaxation response — the work of Dr. Herbert Benson at Harvard has shaped my thinking. I'm also credentialed to prescribe psychotropic medications when they meaningfully support the therapy.

I'm affiliated with Alan Behrman, PhD and Associates, and my Alpharetta office is a quiet room where people come to think clearly again.
